The Gahai Lake Wetland's in Tibet


Gahai Lake is located in the Gannan Grassland's at an altitude of 3,400 meters.  The area around the lake is home to 222 species of birds


Whooper swans from Mongolia rest in Gahai Lake, Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture. The lake is a breeding-ground for birds, flocks of geese and ducks, brown-headed gulls and hundreds of other species of birds
